A 46 year-old man from Grand Anse Valley, closed his Co-op Bank account yesterday following a dispute, Maco News Network understands.

Patrick Wilson – also known as ‘Short-change’ – attempted to withdraw $2.50 in order to pay a bus for his ride home from work. Upon doing so, Mr. Wilson was told that he would be unable to withdraw such a small amount. At this point, Mr. Wilson flew into a rage – startling several customers and passersby.

“Dis country is a Democratic society! Where de co-opoperattion? All yuh cyan withhold meh money from meh! Is my money! All ah it! MINES! (sic)” he was heard to have bellowed.

Sources claim Mr. Wilson then left the bank, before returning shortly after to beg for bus fare.
